The FE-FC Holden Nationals are run by the FE-FC Holden Car Clubs of Australia for the benefit of club members. To participate in the 13th Nationals, you will need to be a financial member of one of the following clubs:

•  FE-FC Holden Car Club of NSW
• FE-FC Holden Car Club of Victoria
• FE-FC Holden Car Club of South Australia
• FE-FC Holden Car Club of Queensland
• FE-FC Holden Car Club of Western Australia
• FE-HR Holden Owners Club of ACT
• Classic Holden Club of Tasmania

Additionally, a number of other clubs are officially invited to participate in the event, and their members are welcome to enter. These clubs are:

• Mid North Coast FE-FC Holden Car Club (NSW)
• Southern Sydney Early Holden Car Club (NSW)
• Central Coast Holden Car Club (NSW)
• South Coast Holden Owners Club (NSW)
• Holdens of Age (Victoria)
• Bendigo Sandhurst Holden Club (Victoria)
• Lions Pride Holden Car Club (Victoria)
• Wangaratta Early Holden Club (Victoria)
