The Vehicle Details Form Explained Print E-mail

You'll see that this year there are two separate forms:

Both forms are in the one PDF file. This is partly due to the introduction of Multiple Vehicle Entry this year, but also because there is too much information to fit on one form.

What are all these details we're asking for?

  1. Entrant Name and Phone Number. Hopefully this is reasonably self-explanatory. We need to be able to marry up vehicles with entrants, hence the requirement to put your name on each form.
  2. Driver Name: If you're only entering one vehicle, this is not relevant. However, if you've got a mate or your partner driving a second vehicle you've entered, we need to know who that person is.
  3. Town/Suburb: This is where you're from, and will go into the Entrant Listing in the programme.
  4. Club: The club(s) you belong to. Feel free to abbreviate, ie FE-FC WA.
  5. Member Since: How long have you been a member of your club? Give us either the number of years or the year you joined. Again, this goes into the programme.
  6. Nats Attended: How may Nats have you been to, not including Orange?
  7. Vehicle Class: All cars at the event are entered into one of three classes. Please nominate the class for this vehicle. More details about the classes is available if you require it.
  8. Tick this box if you do not want this car judged: Some members aren't interested in the judging/trophies side of the event. That's cool. If you're one of those people, and don't want the judges to spend time looking at your car, tick this box. (There is no fee to be judged, nor any discount for being non-judged.)
  9. Rego No: Self-explanatory. If your car isn't currently registered, give us a chassis number or something we can use to ensure we can identify this car correctly when the event arrives. Your vehicle must of course be legally registered to participate in the actual event, but we understand it may not be registered at the time you send in your entry.
  10. Nats for Car: How may Nationals (excluding Orange) has this car attended? This detail is for the programme.
  11. Entrant Vehicle History: See the example for what we're after. We'd like a paragraph or two about the car, yourself, how you came to have it, what you've done to it, etc. This will go into the programme. If you're planning some surprise vehicle, and don't want to give too much away, that's OK too.
  12. Entrant Vehicle Photo: If you're posting a hand-written form, please supply a 6" x 4" photo that we can use in the programme. You can also email a digital photo: if you're doing that, something 2000 x 1500 pixels (2MP), and around 600kB would be preferred.
  13. Vehicle Identity Details: These are the details from your vehicle's ID plate, chassis number, engine number and so on. This is useful in the compiling of vehicle data, as collected by Holden historians. It is also important for vehicles being entered in Stock class.

We hope all that helps to clarify what we're asking of you on the Vehicle Form. Please don't hesitate to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it if you need any more information.
