Brochures Print E-mail

The fact that the blog has been a bit quiet shouldn't be misconstrued as a sign that planning has gone off the boil. Far from it.

We have a couple of really exciting things in the pipeline, and we hope to be able to publicise one of these next month. Stay tuned for that...

In other news, our Nationals Brochure has finally been printed. It's a DL sized "trifold" brochure (i.e. like the home-delivery menu from your local Chinese restaurant Laughing). The front cover has the logo and event dates, then when you open it out you find:

  • A page on why we chose Orange and Gnoo Blas
  • The history of the Nationals
  • The Event Itinerary
  • Entrant Eligibilty
  • Vehicle Eligibility

On the back page are the details of the website and some contact details.

We've had 2,500 of them printed, and a pile of them will soon be on their way to all the other FE-FC Holden Car Clubs of Australia, for distribution amongst members and to prospective members at events you hold or participate in.

You can download a PDF version of the brochure if you wish.

Newsflash

The 13th FE-FC Nationals will see changes to the way vehicles are classified and judged.

In addition to the age-old "Stock" and "Modified" Classes, there will be a new group that fits in between, called "Street". This group caters for cars that are stock in appearance, but have been improved or modernised in some way, as well as the "period style hottie".

A detailed article on how this new class affects judging, scrutineering and classing will appear here soon.

The FE-FC Holden Nationals continue to be a success because the clubs that run the event work to evolve and improve it, year after year.
