From the ID tag, paint code is 351 = Adobe Beige.

Looking good, Rich.  At the current rate you might make Phillip Island yet! Grin

cheers

hey there

its been a while so i`d thought i`d add some pics of my front end...

it looks like i dragged it out of my local creek..

it took me hours to dig out that broken spring   Roll Eyes

some of the parts i used .. a few nos bits and even nos wagon springs  Shocked

i had all control arms blasted and powder coated .
the cross member was 2 packed..
had some nuts and bolts zinced too !

some other bits ..

the rear end is nearly finished , just waiting on my fuel tank to be repaired so i`l post some pics of that in the near future..

headlining`s half in with the windlacing and thats about
where i`m up to .

hopefully the interior will be all in by the end of the year .

talk soon

hey there

time for a few pics and a quick update.

side and rear glass are in . it took two of us to do it right .
i used rares rubbers . not a bad fit but nos would have been much better !

i had the fuel tank restored which i`m very happy with the way it turned out .
i`l show some underneath pics of it next time .

made the rear boards up with freshly cad plated wear strips .
the rear boards on a standard are the same color as the body .

i was lucky to still have the original door trims which were given new boards .

finally finshed putting the headling in

i`m still waiting on the seats from my trimmer . he told me 2 weeks way back
in the first week of september  Roll Eyes

anyway when the interior is complete i will post some more pics

talk soon
