I found this gauge but not 100 percent if its FE/FC Wilsonia Gauge as the volts read -30 to +30 and im sure i have seen some in FE/FC'S that show a reading of -50 to +50

Yep - that's a Wilsonia gauge.  The -50 to +50 is the heavy duty version (and the more rare version as I recall).
